Tablets are one of the most widely used products for medicine consumption, manufactured by numerous industries. One of the important factors for Tablet manufacturing is to maintain its physical and chemical integrity during after formation of Tablets without losing its potency. LITCO Machinery understands these aspects, hence their uniquely designed Granulation line machinery allows the users to produce strongly bonded tablets with the required chemical composition.

The blenders like Double Cone, Octagonal or V-blenders ensure perfect mixing of the ingredient powder. The Wet and dry Granulation machinery namely, Fluid Bed Dryer and Rapid Mixer Granulator are important units as they help in granulating and drying the powder particles. Moreover, LITCO’s various Tablet Press machines, for different sized Tablets and production demands enables users to achieve their production goals. They are often equipped with De-Duster and Dust Extractor Machines for removing the powder particles for a clean operation. Finally, the Tablet Auto Coater is mostly used for film coating the tablets with different materials. LITCO recommends the implementation of Vacuum Transfer Systems, because it allows automatic transfer of the material during production with no manual handling.

The process flow with good Production process layout is very important for improved and efficient production. A linear processing and packaging line is mostly recommended for most cost efficiency. cGMP Cleanroom Grade A to D are normally recommended for Tablet & Granulation, which is equivalent to ISO 5 to 7.
