WORKING PRINCIPLE OF ROSE WATER MFG. PLANT
Rose water is extracted from the process of Distillation. Rose petals are collected and steeped in water to make rose water. The Boiling Vessel is a jacketed and insulated vessel where the rose petals are soaked in water and boiled. In this distillation process essential oil is extracted from the rose petals. The vapour produced from the heating is passed through a condensing coil unit which condenses the gas to essential oil of rose petals. The process is repeated to accumulate as much rose water solution as possible in the storage tank connected via the condenser.
SALIENT FEATURES
- All the Vessels are CGMP standard (paint free construction).
- All contact parts are made of SS 316 grade and non-contact parts SS 304.
- All pipelines are joined with Tri-clover ended Joints assuring safe and smooth transport.
- The gaskets used are of Silicon (food grade) to avoid contamination.
- All pipe, pipe-fittings and valves are SS 304/ SS316 grade as per Customer requirement.
- CIP & SIP online are provided within the closed circuit as per Customer’s Requirement.
- PLC with HMI Touchscreen with CFR 21 Part 11 complied with SCADA for fully Automatic Control & Processing.
