Monoblock Vial Filling & Sealing Machine manufactured by LITCO is a highly efficient unit which saves both time and power in the Packaging Line. The arriving dry vials are unscrambled and properly directed on the moving Delrin slat conveyor belt at the necessary speed for the precise positioning beneath the filling equipment. They are then passed through the unscrambler after being disinfected and siliconized. The filling unit is made up of a filling head, syringes, and nozzles that are used to fill containers with liquid. The syringes have an SS 316 structure and may be used with either glass or SS syringes. The vial is held while filling by a Star Wheel that is provided. A sensor is available. With the assistance of the delivery suite, the filled vial on the same station picks up the rubber stopper from the vibratory bowl and places it on the vial using the pressure of the roller. The vial is moved for the upcoming procedure.
