Working Principle of Ampoule Vial Labelling Machine

The Labelling Machine is usually located after the Inspection Table in an Automatic linear Packaging Section or a Turn Table as per process requirements. The machine conveyor receives the Ampoules from infeed Turn Table, separated by the feeding roller assembly to maintain the pre-determined space between the two Ampoule Vials, according to the Label Length and Container Diameter. Label is placed on the Ampoule immediately when it is sensed by the Container sensor, it ensures instant adhesive of label’s edge. The backing paper which releases the sticker is also collected and rolled on simultaneously. Then it passes through the pressing unit resulting in precise registration and crease-free application. It can handle container diameter range from 22 mm to 105 mm and label height from 10 mm to 200 mm.Change-over of different parts to accommodate various sizes of Ampoule Vials can be done within few minutes.Label height from bottom can be also adjustable for different kind of containers as per shape and size.
