Vials with proper stoppers are continually supplied from the filling machine conveyor to the sealing machine’s flat conveyor belt, where they continue through the infeed worm for proper spacing before being passed to the infeed Star Wheel. Before entering the delivery chute, Aluminium caps maintained in a vibratory bowl are automatically oriented in the proper direction. The Aluminium seal is picked up by the vial during its rotational movement with the Infeed Star Wheel and is appropriately positioned on the vial before entering the sealing turret.
