Rotary Bottle Washing Machine manufactured by LITCO is a compact, highly efficient and appreciated in the Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics, Homeopathic, Ayurvedic and Food Industry. This multifunctional multi featured machine meets the GMP requirements of washing for glass and plastic bottles. The Rotary Bottle Washing Machine operates on the rotary principle with “GENEVA” mechanism and requires manual loading and unloading of bottles. The Geneva mechanism allows intermittent rotary movement of the bottles which maximises efficient washing of the bottles.

The machine is supported by two or more water tanks for washing with the option of using demineralized, potable or purified water. The washing operation is completed by drying the bottles with air hence a minimum air pressure is also necessary. To conserve water, provision for Recirculation is also provided. Considering the norms imposed by FDA and GMP standards, it is important to properly clean and sterilise the Bottles before coming in contact with the filling material, hence it is one of the most important machineries when it comes to the Packaging Section.

Working Principle of Rotary Bottle Washing Machine

As mentioned before, the GENEVA mechanism is used to carry process and shift the bottles to each washing section. The bottles are put onto the rotating platform’s following indexing section and cleaned in a succession of steps. There are bottle holders made specifically to handle bottles with larger neck diameters. In these cup-shaped holders, the bottles are set up upside down. Showers that spray water clean the bottles on the outside. In addition to spraying water when bottles are stopped to ensure water conservation, solenoid valves are available to allow for the timing and sequencing of different cleaning media to meet individual needs.
