LITCO’s Automatic Bottle Capping Machine is a highly efficient and versatile unit of the Liquid Packaging Line used in the Pharmaceutical and Beverages Industry. It is a self-supported SS structure with height adjustable system.

It is offered in two variants:-

• ROPP Cap Sealing Machine
• Bottle Screw Capping Machine

The machinesare uniquely designed to increase productivity and at the same time avail easy cleaning, change of parts and maintenance. The noiseless machine comes with an automatic No Container No Cap Arrangement to prevent false production. It can cap up to 9000 Bottles per hour with the help of change parts depending upon the bottle size and shape.

WORKING PRINCIPLE OF CAPPING MACHINE

The Automatic Capping Process in the packaging line is a high-speed process with almost no physical intervention and high output. The Bottles enter the Capping zone on a Stainless-Steel slat conveyor, where a number of rotating Capping Heads are present. A capping-head automatically lowers over a bottle and closure on a typical production line applies pressure to close the gap between the glass and liner material. A spring pivot arrangement moves the rollers inward while the capping-head revolves. The glass profile is used as a mandrill by the rollers when they come into contact with the closure, finish, and begin to build the ROPP thread profile. The Capping head is calibrated to provide a load and a certain torque, which is adjustable in automatic machinery.
