High Speed Linear Bottle Washing Machine manufactured by LITCO is compact, highly efficient and most ideal for Round Bottles and finds wide application in the Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverages Industry. This multifunctional multi-featured machine meets the GMP requirements of washing for glass and plastic bottles. The automatic loading arrangement facilitates loading of bottles on to SS wire mesh conveyor through feed conveyor or bottles are pushed manually from feed table. This saves manpower as bottles are fed into pockets automatically. The automatic unloading mechanism consists of unloading bottle continues on to Turn Table (Optional).Three-cycle rinsing offers flexibility in choosing different wash cycles, such as fresh water, dematerialized water, etc. depending on the bottle’s washing needs. All of the pumps and water-contact components are constructed of stainless steel 316 atop a substantial MS foundation.

Working Principle of Linear Bottle Washing Machine

The Automatic Linear Bottle Washing Machine is an enclosed tunnel operation with multiple washing cycles taking place in a linear arrangement. Pushing the bottles out of the feed tray and onto the wire-mesh conveyor belt positions them correctly so they may enter the carrier pocket with the aid of oscillating guide rails. The bottle is delivered by an oscillating arm into a pocket with the mouth down above spray nozzles. The top-fixed multi-jet sprayers wash the whole exterior and interior surface. Each washing station has its own circuit to prevent any potential cross contamination between two separate waters. Moving in an indexing motion is the carrier pocket. The needles are raised when the baskets have finished moving. They enter the Bottles, shoot pressurised air or water jets, and then descend. The baskets then shift forward one station. Each bottle station runs through the chosen washing cycles. After being properly cleaned, the bottles were then transported to an outfeed tray with their necks facing upward before being mechanically reordered and pushed back into a Turn Table or a Sterilizing Tunnel as per process requirement.
