The machine is used for full/partial wrap around labelling on different size of containers. It is capable of labelling up to 150 containers per minutes depending on products and label size. The automatic model is equipped with roller spacing device or a unique motorized system resulting in a simple operation with “No change parts required”. With Glue Labelling Machine, LITCO offers alternative for Sticker Labels where Labels can be placed with the help of Glue. A synchronized AC Variable drive makes sure smooth operation as per operational requirement, with a PLC based HMI display for complete and user-friendly control.

WORKING PRINCIPLE OF BOTTLE LABELLING MACHINE

The roller spacing device is used to provide space between the two circular containers so that they may be discharged off the conveyor at an equal distance. An electronics product sensor detects the container at the labelling point and releases a label from a roll of self-adhesive labels. If the machine has a batch printing device, it prints the batch number and other information on the label when it is stationary in between the dispensing of two labels. The conveyor-moving, sensing circular container takes up the label that was discharged. The labelled container then passes between a fixed rubber pad and rubber pressing belt to achieve a crisp and precise fit of the label on the diameter of the container. The entire operation can be controlled via an HMI and is PLC based. Separate Pad Printing device for printing of Label Specifications such as Batch No., Manufacturing Date., etc. can also be provided for complete labelling operation.
