LITCO understands that Aseptic conditions and controlled environment are of topmost priority for manufacturing Large/Small Volume Parenteral drugs. LVP or SVP drugs such as IV Fluids, Serum or Vaccine are carefully handled in the pharmaceutical industry for their delicate nature of application. Purified water and Water for Injection are critical elements in sterile production to avoid any contamination. Distillation plants and steam generators are used for that purpose. Sterilizers, filtration units and homogenizers are assembled along with jacketed process vessels for the production of LVP and SVP. Automation is always recommended in sterile processing for the best aseptic manufacturing. Automated Transfer systems and Integrated Control Systems enable users to operate machine remotely with almost no manual intervention. Also, secured storage must also be attended so that PW, WFI and Processed material can be kept sterile for long durations.

The process flow with good Production process layout is very important for improved and efficient production. A linear processing line is mostly recommended for best processing and cost efficiency. Air Handling Units are of utmost importance in the Technical Area to classify according to GMP Cleanroom requirements. cGMP Cleanroom Grade A to C are normally recommended for LVP/SVP Processing lines, which is equivalent to ISO 5 to 7.
