The mixing and blending in Capsule line is the most important aspect as the powder’s potency needs to be maintained. Since Capsules are widely used in various industries, there are multiple blending machineries to choose from for customers according to their requirements. Capsules are a safe and great way to intake medicine and food supplements without consuming the souring taste of a tablet or liquid. Hence both semi-automatic and Automatic Capsule Filling machines are in use depending on production demands. LITCO’s Octagonal, Double Cone and V-blenders are all capable of producing the required blended powder. In Semi-automatic Capsule Filling machine, one would require an operator, where as in Automatic Capsule Filling machine, it is fully automatic with high production outputs. The Automatic Capsule Polishing machine is often attached to the filling machine to remove any external powder stuck on the outside of the capsule.

The process flow with good Production process layout is very important for improved and efficient production. A linear production line is mostly recommended for best production and cost efficiency. Air Handling Units are of utmost importance in the Technical Area to classify according to GMP Cleanroom requirements. cGMP Cleanroom Grade A to C are normally recommended for Capsule Production line, which is equivalent to ISO 5 to 7.
