Ghee Boiler Machine manufactured by LITCO Machinery is an efficiently designed Stainless Steel unit that is used in the Food Processing Industry for their ghee production.

Manufacturing units which require large production of ghee adopts this machine for consistent high output of ghee production. LITCO’s Ghee Boiler Machine is made of AISI 316/316L/304 and made to adhere with FDA and GMP standards of manufacturing.

The Vessel is jacketed andinsulated for efficient heating of the ghee and with LITCO’s expertise in producing Jacketed Vessels, the boiler machine yields quality result. The Insulation material used is normally glass wool ensuring safe operation but high temperature. For Ghee Production, constant stirring is of most importance, hence an Agitator assembly is provided with special features, such as scraper type sweeping blades. This rotating agitator along with the scraper blades constantly scraps and rotates the material. Through this constant scraping, the ghee solidifies and turns into a semi-solid phase. The scrapers are uniquely designed to ensure the mixing and rotation of entire material, scraping from the walls, so that production is efficient with minimal wastage. For best results of production, the RPM is advised to be kept as low as possible in the range of 10-20 RPM.

The structure is provided with additional accessories like Steam Trap, SS inlet and outlet nozzles, jacket safety valve, condensate outlet. All the accessories are made of AISI 316 or AISI 304, to ensure contamination and corrosion free production. The legs are also made of Stainless Steel, and with fine mirror/matte polish, produces an elegant outlook.

The heating of the jacketed vessel can be carried out electrically or by steam. With our experience, availability of steam in food industry is rare due to their minimal usage hence electrical heating is advised for the manufacturers.
