The Capsule Manufacturing machine is designed with the objective of high and quality output, which is able to fill sizes from 00 to 5 Capsules with granules, powder and pellets.

To fulfil tasks including capsule orientation, separation, filling, closing, and ejection, among others, it uses intermittent motion and a multi-position tamping technique.A VFD variable frequency drive can be used to control the production speed. The device was created in conformity with GMP guidelines.

• All contact parts are made of SS 316 grade and non-contact parts SS 304.
• Tamping Mechanism for powder filling enables capsules to be filled with a weight variation within 2 %.
• Variable AC frequency drive for main motor ensures operational speed adjustment.
• Programmable Logic Control (PLC) & display of all operations
• Automatic intermittent motion Driving Zone completely separate at bottom and production zone at upper side
• Fill weight can be easily achieved by dosing disk thickness; the weight variation can be maintained ± 3% by accurate dosing disc.
• Powder sensor keeps the level of powder in the dosing chamber constant and will sound an alarm if the level is too low.
• Easy to operate by central control touch screen and easy to change dosing disc, tamping pins, capsule feeding & orientation parts, capsule segments
• Fill weight adjustment within seconds.
