WORKING PRINCIPLE OF MOTHER TINCTURE MFG. PLANT

The important factor in producing Mother Tincture Solution is proper mixing and storage. The ingredients for production are collected, granulated and put into the Preparation Vessel along with alcohol. The solution in the Preparation Vessel equipped with a stirrer is thoroughly mixed to get rid of air molecules. After mixing is completed, it is sent through a Filter Press unit (Zero Dead Leg or Sparkler) to the Tincture Storage Vessels.  LITCO’s specially designed Tincture Storage Vessel is such made that it can store the solution for days and prevent alcohol evaporation.

SALIENT FEATURES

• All the Vessels are CGMP standard (paint free construction).
• All contact parts are made of SS 316 grade and non-contact parts SS 304.
• All pipelines are joined with Tri-clover ended Joints assuring safe and smooth transport.
• The gaskets used are of Silicon (food grade) to avoid contamination.
• All pipe, pipe-fittings and valves are SS 304/ SS316 grade as per Customer requirement.
• The entry of stirrer can be from top or bottom as per requirement.
• Filter Press is Zero Dead Leg type to ensure maximum Filtration with almost null wastage.
• The In-line Homogenizer or In-line Colloidal Mill provided as per Customer requirement.
• Mechanical Seal is provided at the Stirrer Entry to prevent back-flow and contamination.
• CIP & SIP online are provided within the closed circuit as per Customer’s Requirement.
