The Octagonal Blender Machine manufactured by us at Litco Machinery Pvt. Ltd is suitable for the mixing of granules. The machine also offers great flexibility of operations as well as easy cleaning and maintenance. Simple structure with GMP-compliant design further enhances the functionality of the machine.

This Machine has been developed for mixing of various types of granular products. The machine is efficient and versatile used in mixing and lubrication processes in various industries. Some of the main industries of use include pharmaceutical production, food industries, chemical processing and also making of cosmetic products.

Features:

Basic equipment is in non FLP construction.

Blender is with vacuum rated design so we can load the blender through vacuum transfer system with inline Milling (In this case the Mill must be in vacuum rated design of SSPM)

Main structure is manufactured from heavy duty SS 304 square tube.

Blending bin and Gear box output is coupled with heavy duty Pin Bush Coupling.

Variable frequency drive is provided for step less drive.

Self positioning sensor is provided for particular discharge position

Manually operated butter fly valve at discharge of blender.

Discharge with specially designed adaptor assembly with T C connection, in case of damage of butter fly this will safe guard the material
